WHO IS GRUBEIS SHARP
Thank you for spending time here at Grubeis Sharp. My name is Doug Sieburg and I have been building, remodeling, making, and repairing items for quite a few years. My day job has been in facility and industrial maintenance. I am a Toolmaker by trade and have a natural eye for detail and precision. I like to create one of a kind items. This allows me to be creative and fabricate items that bring me joy.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH
A few years ago I started making wood bowls, toy box, chairs for kids, and simple designed tables just for fun and have been giving them to family and friends. You know the saying; A happy person has a job “doing what they love.” Well after many folks telling me I should try to sell the items I make, I thought I would try to start this business, “doing what I love”, making things that people will enjoy looking at and using. It is my hope that the items I make will become treasured items to the owners.
Grubeis Sharp is a small one man custom woodworking and metal fabrication shop, which makes unique modern industrial wood furnishings. Each item is hand made with care and attention to detail. Each item with its own unique wood, finish, design and has its own individual character. Our wood materials are sourced from a local sawmill in Nebraska. The high quality of materials and craftsmanship will provide you with a conversation piece rather than a mass produced, laminated item from the big box stores.
